Glow in dark condom also called Night light condom or Fluorescent condom.
Glow Condom Types:

What makes them glow:
the glow-in-the-dark condom/night light condom/ fluorescent condom is able to glow because of a technological advance using a safe, non-toxic phosphorous pigment. The condom is made with a patented 3-layer process. The center layer contains the phosphorous pigment while the inner and outer layers are regular latex, similar to other condoms. This seals the pigment between 2 layers of regular latex.

To make the condom glow bright, you however have to expose it to light for some 30 seconds or so prior to use. There after, the glow remains bright for a good 15 minutes. The glow does not disappear totally after 15 minutes. An afterglow remains, which lasts for up to an hour. If you want to rekindle the glow of a glow in the dark condom, expose it to light for another 30 seconds in between and you will have the full brightness once again.
