Payment Term:

A: 30% deposit in advance, balance before delivery. We will send sample after order near complete, and clients pay balance after confirm sample up to requirements in contract.

B: Paypal is accepted

Refund:

if final order quantity not up contract, we will refund the lack value. or keep it for next order.

if some defects found on the order, or found after goods arrive at clients warehouse, we will refund some as compensation to our work fault.

we are unable to offer refunds on the orders that have been started, but you want to stop now, because the cost will accure after started, such as the printing, all are custom print, it's impossible sell to others to pay for the cost, after deduct the cost, we can refund the balance to you. In the event that the order is deemed faulty or unsatisfactory, we may be able to offer a replacement product or provide a discount on the next purchase.
